The Director, Whistleblower Office, should develop a structured quality review process for the Whistleblower Program.

The Director, Whistleblower Office, should establish systemic computer validation checks on E-TRAK to minimize the initial entry of inaccurate data, and establish methods to identify and correct inaccurate entries.

The Director, Whistleblower Office, should implement a process to coordinate with operating division Examination functions to ensure that coding for whistleblower claims on the Audit Information Management System (AIMS) is accurate.
