Recommendations

The Director, Privacy, Governmental Liaison, and Disclosure (PGLD), should revise current policy to reflect that expired Privacy and Civil Liberties Impact Assessment (PCLIA) on the IRS public website should not be deleted but instead should be replaced upon receipt of current assessments.
