The Commissioner, Tax Exempt/Government Entitites (TE/GE) Division, should ensure that the TE/GE Division performs benefit-related analyses that focus on the Indian Tribal Government function’s entire program to optimize decision-making and provide evidentiary support for program choices.

The Commissioner, Tax Exempt/Government Entities Division, should review all current Indian Tribal Government function Memorandums of Understanding and update them accordingly.
