Evaluate various business tax return common characteristics, i.e., ***2******************************2*****************************, which can be used to develop clustering filters to be added to the Dependent Database.
Develop processes to assign an IP PIN to business taxpayers that are confirmed victims of tax-related identity theft for use in filing of business tax returns and for business taxpayers to proactively request an IP PIN if they are concerned about becoming a victim of business identity theft.
The Commissioner, Wage and Investment Division, should develop a program to identify and verify **********************2*********************** business tax returns to prevent the issuance of potentially fraudulent refunds.
