The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) should issue guidance requiring the IRS to submit to the Treasury Department an annual final accounting for all events with expenses exceeding $100,000 in each fiscal year to ensure that all events are reported on the public website as required.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) should require that training events with the same course material provided at the same location and for the same dates are approved and reported as one event in accordance with Treasury Department policy.
