The Chief Procurement Officer should develop guidance for the disclosure of sensitive procurement information to stakeholders with a need to know.
The Deputy Commissioner for Operations Support and the Deputy Commissioner for Services and Enforcement should develop a legacy case management capability and process decommissioning strategy that informs the ECM solution¿s sequencing and enables the Information Technology organization to execute decommissioning system activities in a timely manner.
The Deputy Commissioner for Operations Support and the Deputy Commissioner for Services and Enforcement should coordinate with the business operating divisions to perform the fit-gap analysis on all case management systems to maximize the ECM solution's functionality and ensure that the majority of legacy case management systems are consolidated.
